It doesn't chat. Soil, air, temperature and light are all being measured, and it has plenty of moods. The window shows the roots. On your desk, it watches itself.
We never wanted the screen to be a second dashboard. Plants can't speak, but they express themselves all the time — drooping leaves mean thirst, pale color means not enough light. Whisplant translates that: a new face is simply easier to notice than a number.
Adopt, keep company, record, upgrade. The first generation is a desk plant — more expressive objects are on the way.
